Restaurant Renovation

EP Engineering designed the MEP systems for the renovation of an existing commercial space into a 4,000 square foot restaurant with cellar storage and a food service area. The engineering design included electrical, fire alarm, plumbing and fire protection systems, split HVAC systems with exposed ductwork, and new services for water, gas, and electric utilities. This project is currently under construction.
