Project Description: Retail space renovation in existing shopping complex for new clothing store

Size: 9,200 square feet

Challenge: Extremely tight deadlines due to lease requirements. Could perform only one survey of the space, due to time constraints and proximity of the building from NY.

Achievements: We performed an extensive survey and took photography of existing systems, essentially creating an as-built and 3D representation of the existing MEP systems. This allowed the design team to design in the office without the ability to go back to the site to confirm existing conditions. Design was delivered on time.
