Description: New construction of mixed use building.

Size: 50,000 square feet

Challenge: Provide service to a large development where none existed before. The existing utilities in the street were not sufficient for the new building.

Achievements: Worked with utility company to design a transformer vault in the building which was fed by high voltage lines underground from a street network 1-block away.
