Cut Above Grooming, New York NY

Project Description: Renovation of a non-conforming basement into two new retail spaces on 143 W 69th Street New York, NY.

Size: 3,700 square feet

Challenges: Very low ceilings, being converted from unusable basement to retail space.

Achievements: Coordinate ductwork in small soffits to preserve historic brick ceilings. Existing piping to floors above were carefully surveyed and all relocated into perimeter soffits. A lot of abandoned piping was discovered and removed which minimized size of soffits.
