DOW JONES - New York, NY
For over one hundred years, Dow Jones has been a
world-class leader in news and business information,
combining content and technology tools to help drive
decisions. Its flagship publication, The Wall Street Journal,
is the most widely circulated newspaper in the United
States. Our team worked with the architect and building
planners to coordinate office space retrofits for 25,000
square feet of space on two floors of their advertising-sales
offices, located in the 41-story black granite tower at 1155
Avenue of the Americas.
Location: 1155 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036
Challenges: Due to the size of the project and amount of space that
had to be shut down for construction, there was an
extremely tight schedule.
Achievements: Normal turnaround time for shop drawing approvals is two weeks. All sheet metal and sprinkler plans were reviewed and
approved by EP the same day, on site, to expedite the
project, which was completed on time and within budget.
