MIU MIU – Short Hills, NJ

Our team worked with many designers on the space renovation for Miu Miu,located in the Short Hills Mall in New Jersey. Miu Miu, an alternative expression of Miuccia Prada, has been recognized as one of the leading worldwide brands of the 21st century.

Collaborating with architects and world renowned interior designer, Roberto Baciocchi, our engineers successfully coordinated air distribution and electrical designs with existing conditions and proposed architectural elements designed to express the strong identity of the Prada brand.

Description: Retail space renovation in existing shopping complex for new clothing store.

Size:  2,000 square feet

Challenge: High and varying ceiling heights and lighting coves made it a challenge for allocating the MEP services.

Achievements: New MEP services were meticulously coordinated with existing conditions and with proposed ceilings to allow for a fully functional retail store, while at the same time not compromising the aestethic quality of the space.
