Project Description: Assessment of existing boiler plant and domestic water systems for (2) 40-story apartment buildings.

Challenges: Provide detailed scope of work and a matrix for recommended work required immediately, mid term and long term. Provide energy recommendations.

Achievements: Evaluated existing boilers, fuel oil tanks and fuel oil delivery system, boiler combustion air systems, steam condensate receiving and pumping stations, heat exchangers and pumps. Recommended several immediate solutions for saving on energy costs  and for avoiding potential down time due to differed maintenance.
