Retail Space Design and Expansion

EP Engineering can design any size retail space. We can also help you expand your existing retail space including new or supplemental HVAC design, upgrading electrical service to handle new loads, and all distribution and layout design. We provide design services for all electrical requirements including power distribution and service connected to existing building service.

Restaurant Design

EP Engineering has extensive experience with the design of engineering systems for restaurant spaces, both large and small. We will work with architects to "hide" HVAC systems as much as possible to allow for the best aesthetic design of your restaurant. We understand that the ambiance of the space is of great importance, and we will work hard to preserve it when designing MEP infrastructure. In addition, we will work closely with your food service consultant in the design of kitchen exhaust and make-up air systems, and all restaurant plumbing systems.
